Hi! My name is Sahar and I am a twenty two year old fun loving running addict in sunny Cali. I work towards having the best lifestyle that works for me. As you've probably guessed, I absolutely love running and hope to run a marathon at one point in my life. I also have a serious addiction for Bootcamp and go anywhere from 1-3 times a week. I post strictly positive posts and am working through recovery from my mental and physical EDs. I have had incredible support from my friends (especially my best friend heart-spirit-and-insanity) and am here for you however I can be.

I apologize for my absence. I’ve been out sick because of the insane heat and had some family pass away and it’s just taken a toll on me mentally and physically. Going to try and hit the gym today when Brian is off work.

I love breakfasts that look like a party and taste like dessert but feel like water, so breakfast parfaits have always been my thing. This Chia Seed pudding with a strawberry banana smoothie layer, blueberry, watermelon, passionfruit and kiwi is absolutely golden (or yellow and red, I should say!) and it definitely rivals my Perfect Smoothie Parfait.

Mint strawberry banana raw vegan soft serve 
Ingredients 
1 whole frozen banana
3 whole frozen strawberries
3 leaves fresh mint
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food processor
