My name is Sahar and I am a twenty year old fun loving college student in sunny Cali.

I want to have a healthy lifestyle and look like the athlete that I know exists somewhere under all these layers of a few extra pounds, doubt, and fear.


I absolutely love running and hope to run a marathon at one point in my life (hopefully the near future) and am addicted to intense bootcamp workouts like insanity and anything Jillian Michaels :)
